In the following, the author will introduce seven issues that we should pay special attention to when installing LED lighting equipment in the early stage.

(I) Precautions against static electricity ESD mark 1. The operator must wear a grounded anti-static wrist strap and wear anti-static shoes and anti-static clothing.

2. If the LED is damaged by static electricity, it will show some bad characteristics: the leakage current increases, the static forward voltage decreases or rises, and it does not shine or emits light under low current test.

3, all equipment and instruments that contact the LED must be well grounded, especially soldering iron and tin furnace must be well grounded.

4, anti-static wrist must be tested every day, failed must be replaced.

(5) Testing of brightness and instructions for use of the product 1. When using products that use split-light separation, please sort and use according to the sequence of the BIN number. Do not mix LEDs of different BIN numbers in the same product to avoid color and brightness. The difference in voltage. If you want to mix BIN numbers, adjacent BIN numbers can be put together but try to avoid them.

2. When detecting and using LEDs, it is necessary to provide the same current or constant current detection to each LED so as to ensure that the detection brightness is consistent. The current should not exceed 20mA, and it is best to use a current of 15-19mA.

(vi) Cleaning Care must be taken when cleaning colloids with chemicals because some chemicals cause damage to the colloidal surface and cause fading such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc. Ethanol can be used to wipe and dip. The time should not exceed 3 minutes at room temperature.
